Approx. 4 acres on the east side of the Hwy. with frontage on 140th Street. The County & Assessor list the 2 parcels combined as 7 acres. We do not have a survey. Both have existing driveways off of Hwy. 65, the east parcel also has a driveway off 140th. The improvements are on the east parcel. The barn has collapsed, the salvageability of the house is questionable. The interior of the house is NOT available for viewing except as a contingency of an offer. While the property is zoned residential, the County and Township have previously approved zoning change on Hwy. 65 frontage parcels to the North and South of this property.
